Juicy Lips is a funny one, it’s an artwork that came out of a light test, but then I decided to research it a little more. It’s a play on gender and production, whilst also been the “face” of my commercial studio practice. It sits in a comfortable place between hypersexual and funny, a little overproduced but not too serious.
I’ve printer this in Canson Photorag paper, an archival quality stock that guarantees durability and hold colour and detail very nicely. It was printed at UAL Chelsea, where I am researching for my PHD. That’s very meaningful to me.
